We don’t follow trends—we set them. Our precision-driven approach accelerates innovation, bringing game-changing technologies to life.
At TTPH, we don’t predict the future—we create it.
At TTPH, our mission is clear—equip, empower, and elevate the next generation of defense and aerospace leaders to protect warfighters and non-combatants.
What sets us apart? Access, execution, and a relentless focus on results. We don’t just invest—we build, scale, and lead with precision.
At TTPH, we follow battlefield trends not things in the rear view mirror.
Our approach is masterful craftsmanship—combining elite talent, strategic capital, and operational excellence to accelerate success where it matters most.
Because at TTPH, success isn’t just planned—it’s built.
Because at TTPH, we’re not just investors. We’re architects of the future.
All our deals are internally sourced—75% from experienced SMEs and 25% from our dedicated TTPH team—ensuring deep industry insights and high-quality opportunities.
For each opportunity, we assemble a bespoke Investment Committee comprising top-tier SMEs, C-suite executives, and Flag Officers who guide every phase from analysis to exit.
We differentiate ourselves by integrating leadership from our extensive SMEs network right from the start. These seasoned professionals don’t just provide oversight—they actively craft and implement a transformative vision that drives sustainable, profitable growth.
We excel at transforming hidden gems into unique, high-value assets. Leveraging our SME network’s exclusive visibility into top IPs and companies, we source standout opportunities, bring in leadership from day one, and meticulously craft and fine-tune a transformative vision. We stay engaged throughout every phase—from acquisition and integration to operation, growth, and exit—to maximize long-term value.
We pursue only companies with over $10M in sales, positive EBITDA, unique and scalable IP, and a clear, attainable, sustainable, profitable, and fast growth roadmap. If we cannot craft such a roadmap, we do not move forward with the investment.
We design easy deal structures that grant us operational, financial, and strategic control, ensuring alignment with TTPH’s core values, "GRITS."
Whether it’s a single acquisition or a beachhead for a roll-up strategy, our approach adapts to create maximum value and growth opportunities.
All of our investments have an overarching goal of striving to achieve high returns for our investors and all stakeholders while making sure that warfighters and non-combatants are safe as well as preserving US national security.
